Ethical Structures

The ethical conduct of a human system is influenced primarily by the systemic structure.

Moral behavior is like any other behavior. It is influenced primarily by structure. To change ethical conduct change beliefs.

Leaders concerned with organizational ethics should devote their energy to processes that change the structure of the organization; not changing organizational behavior.

Ethics cannot be legislated or mandated because rules of behavior don’t necessarily change structure.

Life

Liberty
